I didn't think something like another oil rig disaster would happen for a long time. What I've gotta ask is--do they bother to test the drivers for these things? How in the world could they drive right into one of the posts for a bridge? WTF? I don't get it. It seems those posts are PRETTY BIG! I haven't quite understood any of the oil tanker disasters. When they're dealing with something that important, wouldn't it seem that they'd have more things in place to keep this kind of thing from happening?
Wasn't the one 12 or so years ago--wasn't the person found to be drunk?
