I am extremely pumped at this moment because of the knock on my door that came about an hour ago. The Fedex lady asked if she had the right house, and boy did she ever. My bike trainer showed up. ;D My husband ordered it as my early Christmas present and I could not be happier. Now I can ride and not have to go out in the cold. Woot woot. I took this picture with my phone, so it's a little low quality, but here she is..... ;D

Does that simulate the tension of riding uphill and such? I've never seen one of those before.

The resistance can be changed on this one by just changing gears. I also have a riser block under the front wheel, that I can turn, to simulate three different levels of incline. The trainer its self was only 150 bucks, with an additional 20 for the riser block. Not bad if you already have a bike, which I did. It's pretty neat. I absolutely hate biking, or running in the cold. This thing makes getting my workout in the winter soooooo much easier. I love it. I did a few hours on it already, and have only had it half a day.
